We are excited to present this VBT Fundamentals* series which covers:
- Basic Implementation
- Force Velocity Profile

To get started – click on the topic links in the right hand side column to begin each lesson. Each Lesson starts with a 5-8 min video and is then followed with written content and a Quiz. Don’t forget to mark the lessons as complete before moving on.
The Fundamentals of VBT Course is led by Coach Travis Mash, a former world record holder and coach for elite weightlifters. Throughout this comprehensive training experience, we aim to teach you all you need to know about VBT so you can start implementing it into your training straight away.
